MIT Excellence Awards

The MIT Excellence Awards are among the highest honors staff at MIT can receive for their exceptional work and contributions to the Institute. Please consider nominating a staff member who consistently provides excellent service, counsel, mentoring, leadership or support. There are seven categories of awards, including a new category called Fostering Diversity and Inclusion: maximizing MIT's strengths.

The nomination deadline is October 27, 2008. Go to http://hrweb.mit.edu/rewards/excellence

The online nomination form requires a valid MIT certificate. Letters of support for nominations can be submitted by alumni and people outside of MIT by sending email to support-excellence@mit.edu. Letters of support must reference the personal or team being nominated and the name of the original nominator.

The awards are intended for any member of MIT's administrative, support, service and sponsored research staff.
