GSC Anno Submission

The Anno is a bulletin of activities and events that pertain to graduate students at MIT that is sent out on Monday of each week, at 2PM. Questions can be directed to the GSC Secretary at gsc-secretary@mit.edu.


Submission guidelines

  • Messages must be submitted by SUNDAY at 12 NOON in order to be included in the upcoming announcement.
  • Messages must be applicable and open to the ENTIRE MIT graduate student community.
  • Unless there is a very compelling reason, each anno submission will run for two consecutive weeks ONLY.
  • Each group is permitted to advertise a maximum of two events per week.

Note: There are two new categories: "Free Food" and "Sustainability". ("Free Food" is a good category to use for boosting attendance.)
This is the hyperlinked label that goes in the table of contents at the top of the Anno. Make it catchy! (If you leave this field empty, the Short title will be your Event title truncated to 45 characters.)
This can be the URL of a signup form, facebook event, etc. The URL must have an http:// (or preferably https://) in front.
Your event will show up in the Anno on the range of Mondays (inclusive) that you specify above. Unless there is a very compelling reason, each anno submission will run for two consecutive Mondays ONLY. Note: If your event ends before 2pm on a Monday, do not include that Monday in the range.
Each bullet point must not exceed 150 characters.
